DIY Sunglasses Case

Hey guys! Kai here. So, I got someone sunglasses as a gift, and knowing that person, the glasses will get scratched/ dropped at some point. To make the chance of them being scratched just a little bit smaller I thought it would be cool if I made a case for them... Here's how to do it:

You'll Need:

Fabric of your choice (I cut up an old pair of jeans)

Sewing machine or a needle and thread (or hot glue)

Scissors

Sunglasses

Chalk or a pencil

1) Put your sunglasses on top of your fabric and, using chalk or your pencil, draw a rectangle a bit bigger than the glasses.

2) Cut the rectangle out and use it to make another one.

3) Fold and sew one of the shorter sides on both pieces of fabric.

4) Place both pieces of fabric good side to good side and sew down one of the two long sides. Place your glasses in and redraw the second line if needed. Then, sew down the bottom and last side, making sure not to sew the side you hemmed closed.

5) Trim the excess fabric and turn it inside out. (Optional: After this you can personalize the case by adding patches or stitching on a monogram... etc.)

6) BAM! Enjoy your personalized sunglasses case!

Hope you liked!
